All guests require a ticket, regardless of age. We recommend that children be at least six years old to attend a performance of Mary Poppins.

In New York City, discounted student tickets for Mary Poppins are available directly from the New Amsterdam Theatre box office on the same day as the performance, based on availability. The offer is only accessible to college and university students, limited to one ticket per valid Student ID.

Mary Poppins is two hours and forty-five minutes, including one intermission.

There is no dress code at the theatre. For all performance, attire should be comfortable and appropriate for the occasion. The theatre is air conditioned throughout the year.

For many guests, part of the fun of going to a Broadway show is meeting members of the cast at the Stage Door. Following the performance, some actors may be available to sign autographs and sometimes even pose for photos. Ask an usher for directions to the Stage Door.

Special tours of the New Amsterdam Theatre can be arranged for groups of 15 or more. The tour highlights the rich history of this famous Broadway theatre, currently home of Mary Poppins.
